Lean roasted chicken:
Boneless, skinless chicken breast.
season well with Herbs de Provence, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
roast for about 25 mins, then let it cool.
slice when ready to serve on salad.
Sweet balsamic vinegar dressing with dijon mustard:
balsamic vinegar; mix with pinch of salt, pepper, sugar, dijon mustard, onion powder, 1 clove of garlic.

Day 1: Pretty easy, goal was to eat under 800 cals. After adding in exercises and stuff, my calorie intake was around 250. Gotta get past the 3 day hump again.
